Old 'LedaSwan' labelled

Wine Name:

Chenin Blanc 1999 Bronze Medal

Comparable to the white burgundies of yesteryear, LedaSwan’s traditional Chenin Blanc (note the old name - we are now Harris Organic Wines of course) has a golden colour with perfect acid balance and flavours of honey and spice. Now showing good bottle development.

"Terrific to still be able to get a mature Chenin Blanc. This is showing excellent developed qualities. The ripe fruit on the nose has nutty toasty chracters developed with some crisp citrus and marmalade evident.  The palate is rich and deeply flavoured" 84/100 (Ray Jordan's Wine Guide '04-'05) Perfect to drink now.
