Dessert Wine List - NAP and Fortified Organic Liqueur
TOKAY - * N.A.P.

Sometimes referred to as Muscadelle, this wine is a deep golden colour, very viscous and luscious with great Tokay fruit flavours. Contrary to usual methods, this liqueur wine is not fortified nor has any preservative added. Open now - 8 years. 10% Alc.  375 mL

Pedro Ximenez - *N.A.P. - Bronze Medal

A burnished golden colour with flavours of honey, butterscotch and Christmas pudding. This liqueur wine has a complex, lingering honey sweetness and is beautifully balanced. No preservative or alcohol added. A delightful dessert wine that can be drunk now. 11% Alc 375 mL

Dessert Shiraz - *N.A.P.

This natural liqueur wine has a ruby colour with rich flavours with savoury spice sweetness and is well balanced.

This is a unique preservative free, natural dessert wine.

Not Fortified, i.e. a low 10% alcohol, no preservative added, nor fined nor filtered.

375 mL *No Added Preservative, (preservative free), no sulphites and no animal products.

Liqueur Shiraz - Fortified - Bronze Medal

A deep purple red colour, with a palate of rich dark chocolate. This fortified wine is luscious with a wonderfully rich finish. Beautifully balanced. What we used to call PORT.

Delightful with organic chocolate and coffee.

This wine can be drunk now but will improve even further with age. 18% Alc 375 mL.

Creme de Vin - Fortified White

A light golden colour and a palate of creamy peach, pear and toffee flavours. This wine has a sweet yet complex finish and a great balance.

Delightful with pears and cream or on its own, a soft fortified dessert wine 16% Alc 375 mL.

Muscat a Petits Grains - * N.A.P.

Deep red/ brown colour, viscous and luscious with prune and liquorice flavours. Contrary to usual methods, this liqueur wine is not fined nor filtered.  It is not fortified and is preservative free. This exquisite and unique wine is a favourite served as an aperitif or after dinner with chocolate and coffee. Open now - 8 years. 11% Alc 375 mL
